Tips for families and classrooms

Short habits that match the cards. No feed. No program to join. Use what helps, skip the rest.

Make water the default

Keep a pitcher on the table. Juice is a sometimes drink. The Oops cards already say that out loud.

Fruit you can grab

Washed berries and cut fruit in a bowl beat a lecture. Kids play the “Tried New Fruit” card because they have actually tried it.

Move between hands

Action cards are not a punishment. Stand up, hop, stretch, then sit back down. Classrooms can use one deck for the whole class to play together - split the into groups, take turns picking cards and everyone does the actions. Works great for small groups and as brain breaks!

Bedtime is a win condition

“Went to Bed on Time” is a Healthy Choice for a reason. Same lights-out time on school nights beats a new rule every week.

Kindness is a habit too

The deck treats “Said Something Nice” like washing your hands. Talk about one kind thing after the game, not a speech during it.

For classrooms

One box, small groups, five-minute how-to. No worksheet. Ask: what card felt like your day? That is the lesson.
